Hi I'm Georgina and this is my journey so far.
I've been a healer for as long as I can remember.
I know that we can all heal from anything life throws at us, we just need to be shown how, by the right person. How do I know this? Because I've walked this path, I've healed myself from a life of scars, both emotional and physical. My healing experiences makes me the ideal person to help you, where ever you are in your life, with love and care.
A lover of dogs, horses, and of course my beautiful family and I am the creator of 'Sacred Healing on the Hill' a combination of Om Yoga and Cotswold Spinal Flow.
I have a long history of healing and rehabilitation, becoming a fitness instructor, personal trainer and a sports therapist in the early 1990's.
After many years of struggling with intense pain and major back issues, I realised that something was very wrong. I was focusing so hard on my body that I forgot what was going on inside, I knew then that i needed to heal my whole self and not just my body. So I went on my healing journey, meeting some wonderful people along the way, who shared their amazing gifts with me. It didn't happen over night, as I wanted it to, which frustrated me but I persisted and the longer I travelled this journey the more pieces I found of myself. It was a journey of healing my whole being, body mind and soul. People have always called me for advice on life and health matters, but things started to change and before long helping others to live a full happy and healthy life became my passion.
My views on healing is, everyone has the capacity to heal, the body is incredible, given the right help and direction most people can turn their lives around.
Yoga bought a strength to my body that I had not felt in a very long time, so I decided to train as a 500 hr Hatha Yoga instructor. Firstly for myself but then I found myself helping people who like myself, are struggling to heal.
I continued my training in Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Gravity Yoga, Somatic therapy, Yoga Nidra, Meditation, Mindfulness and Reiki healing becoming a Reiki master in 2023.
Another passion of mine is dowsing, its something I learned on my healing journey, I can dowse for the health of a person, a building or land.
More recently I became the UK's first registered Spinal Flow technique therapist, I have worked with many clients who have recovered from chronic pain, anxiety, panic attacks, insomnia, stress, headaches, migraines and much more. I have helped and continue to support those who have lost loved ones and are struggling with the loss and grief.
Working in private sessions, or in small groups enables me to concentrate on the individual, adjusting my group and classes to suit everyone.
I use my many years of knowledge of the body and healing, to work along side my clients who may have damage or weakness in parts of their bodies, using Spinal Flow, body strengthening as well as Yoga. Your safety is my number one priority and you will feel safe and nurtured with my individual attention.

When people hear the word Yoga, they usually think of the physical postures or Asanas, which offer so many profound benefits for our body's flexibility, strength and balance.. However Yoga offers so much more than just a way to exercise the body, it also helps us to to experience emotional well being, encourages self healing and connect to our essential selves. Yoga translated mean union/yoke, joining body, mind and soul in one. A 5000 year old tradition, it has seen many changes over the years, with many new Yoga styles being born. However it will never lose its main focus, which is quieting the mind. Meditation is the most important part to any Yoga Practice, many think its not important, however those who think this, don't realise that moving through a range of Yoga Asana (poses) is a form of meditation! It is so important to take a break from daily life in order to focus on yourself and get clarity. Focusing on your breath during practice is key to staying in tune with your mind and body. Meditation classes and Yoga Nidra, can have a huge positive effect on your mind and body. (see Yoga Nidra page) Yoga has many benefits, improves flexibility, builds muscle strength, protects your spine, improves your bone health, improves your mood, boosts your immune system, calms the nervous system, helps you focus, lowers blood pressure, lengthens muscles, helps you sleep, improves balance, plus so much more!
I offer two group classes a week for all levels, from beginners, they are small classes, of no more than eight people, so that I can tailor the class to the students.
