When you have been through any type of stressful event in your life, you may think that pushing it away to deal with later is the right thing to do. All this does is create issues that will eventually re surface later in life. It can resurface as anxiety, depression, low self esteem and pain amongst many other things!
To enjoy our future we have to heal the past.

After holding three hugely successful healing retreats in Cornwall we are back!
On my retreats I will holding space for you to release your past and present stress and trauma. You will feel safe in my hands and will come away feeling refreshed and ready for what lies ahead.

Erth Retreat October 2024
I was anxious heading to the retreat, but something magical happened once all the tribe came together, there was an instant connection. Laughter could be heard in every corner. Shaun and Polly were incredible venue hosts and who couldn’t be proud to show off their most beautiful home. Georgina you planned and delivered the most wonderful retreat, you are an incredibly gifted healer who is able to read a room and cater to every soul’s needs I am lucky to have you support me. Meeting Marianna (Bob) a new person who can read me like a book, you are a very special therapist. Thank you for allowing me to join you on your Retreat xxx
Erth Retreat October 2024
The retreat at Erth was one of the most special moments i will always treasure in my life. Everything was taken care of, all we had to do was turn up. Treatments were magical and so was yoga and meditation in the very pretty 12th century chapel. Dancing arpi d the firepit was a highlight too, so much joy and laughter. It was the perfect reset with a wonderful group of ladies whom all were very beautiful souls. I miss them all already! Thank you Georgina for pulling off the perfect retreat for us all x
